- South China Sea zone reduced in size, so shallowest areas are now in Straits of Malacca and Gulf of Thailand.

- On French capitulation roughly 50% of the convoys in french stockpile go to UK, 25 % to Germany, 20% to Vichy and 5% to Free France.

Fixes:

- Fix for various garrison scripts, removing superfluous “area” condition (ai tried to garrison all of europe instead of just the few states I said they should e.g.).
- No longer possible to evacuate Soviet industry during the Winter War.
AI:
- Stopped Phillipines researching AT guns till 1942 or till they are at war, making Phillipine divisions historically weaker.
- Tone down the amount of Civs that Raj wants to build before starting building Mils.
- Added Mexico MP plan (which just follows the historical plan for now), but puts all Mexican divisions on port garrision duty in Mexico.
- Greece dislikes Germany and its faction members, and nations that occupy their cores or Cyprus cores.
- If Germany or Italy are fascist, Yugo won’t join their faction, even if they are influenced by Italy.
- Greece in peacetime should now put all its division in Greece defending itself, and not send troops elsewhere, hogging supply.
- Bulgaria tries to stay a Zarist dictatorship longer, to try to get the strengthen dictatorship focus. Not picking an advisor with fascist influence.
- Bulgaria now takes decision visiting various states, if they finished all other faction related stuff to boost neutral tsarist support.
- Added Antagonize script of Axis against Allied rubber exporter. They should now import rubber from Siam or somewhat neutral Dutch East Indies.
- With consistent region change of appeal to overseas territory, changed sequence of focus picks. France should want a base in central-africa sooner for supply reasons.
